School level debating Our Schools Competition, which involves over 250 schools and more than 10,000 debaters, has been running since 1956. We also run a Junior Secondary Program targeted at Year 7 and 8 students, a British Parliamentary Debating Competition, primary school debates, and competitions in regional Victoria.

Team Registration Fees Please note that below fees were applicable for 2007. 2008 fees are yet to be finalised. Teams 1 & 2 $99 each Teams 3 & 4 $110 each Teams 5 & 6 $121 each School Membership Fee If you do not participate in the Schools Competition, you are not yet a School Member (this is relevant under the Associations Incorporation Act). The School Membership Fee is calculated according to the total number of teams entered: 1 - 4 teams: $66 5 - 9 teams: $93.50 10 - 14 teams: $121 15 + teams: $148.50
